Weekly Sessions: Pre-birth sessions for prenant women

prebirth classEvery birth is different. Understanding your own needs and expectations leads to wise choices for a satisfying birth experience. Practise positions, breathing awareness and body-centred visualisation which encourage you to release and yield to body sensation.
Share other women’s stories and experiences to gain support for your unfolding process.

Weekly sessions for pregnant women.
Time: Wednesdays ongoing 1pm-2:45pm during school term
No bookings required. Occasionally sessions are cancelled due to birth attendance.
Cost: $85 for 5 sessions or $20 casual

Birthing Workshop - Embracing the Intensity: Transforming pain in labour

workshop Discover what to expect and how to deal with it through dynamic labour rehearsal, breathing, movement, sound release and support strategies. Explore psychological and relationship dynamics which affect birthing potential. Identify, reframe and transform your relationship with pain. Learn how to work with pain to connect with your instinctive birthing self.

Weekend workshops for pregnant women, their partners and support people.
Time: Saturday and Sunday 9.30am – 5.30pm Visit the calendar for upcoming dates.
Cost: $450 per couple ($70 non-refundable booking fee and $380 at registration)
$50 additional support people
$180 other observers

pregnancyPrivate birth education sessions

If you cannot make workshop dates, consider booking private sessions. These sessions cannot cover the breadth of information covered in a full weekend workshop and are intended as an alternative for couples who are unable to attend the workshop or who might have special needs.

Time: 2-hour session minimum (2 x 2h sessions recommended) by appointment
Cost: $180 per 2 hour session
